A bit about me...

My work is directly influenced by my surroundings

and everyday life.  I have been fortunate to

have lived in 6 countries on 3 continents during my

35 years and feel that my experiences abroad

have made me the person I am today.  Now planted

on the west coast of Norway with my Nordic man and

three boys, I have found peace and inspiration. 

I would like to consider myself self taught

however, I do see evidence of my years in art school.

I am often asked how I construct my collages, that is,

if I go in with an initial "plan of attack".  To be

honest, I am as surprised as the viewer when I see

the final outcome and usually try to figure out how I

got there.   

My art is a direct statement of me, a bit chaotic

and disorganized but strategically placed.
